Matt grew up in San Diego and came to Ohio to attend The College of Wooster where he met his wife, Heather. They have two sons in their late teens and an Alaskan Malamute, Strider, who takes them on walks at local parks. A Benedictine Oblate to the World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM), he seeks (and often stumbles) to live all things prayerfully, open to the presence and love of God. His passion and joy in ministry is pointing others toward this contemplative way of Christian life. He serves as the National Coordinator of the WCCM-US community and holds degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div) and University of Dubuque Theological Seminary (D.Min).
Pegi Dickson

Pegi has extensive experience in office management. Prior to joining the Christ Church staff, she was the office manager for nearly six years at Destination Geauga in Middlefield where she worked diligently to promote Geauga County. She is currently involved in continuing education classes in social media, customer service and time management. Pegi has four adult children and eight grandchildren. She has a passion for serving and volunteers in her free time at Project Hope for the Homeless.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Kent State University Josh is a music and band teacher at Benedictine High School. His mission in life is to glorify God in music. Josh and his wife, Jackie, live in Mentor with their sons, Christian, Samuel and Benjamin, and their daughter Jocelyn.
Amy McGroarty

Amy McGroarty studied piano with Arthur Sullivan as a child and with Bruce McIntyre (with the Cleveland Institute of Music) as a teenager/young adult. Organ is a secondary instrument for her.
She has been accompanying for choirs and musical productions since middle school. She has led for several churches since the early 2000’s. Amy had been here at CPC since 2021.
Amy also has a Bachelors and a Masters degree from the University of Akron in Speech-Language Pathology and works with adults in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Amy has 3 children, including Keenan, who comes to participate some Sundays in his wheelchair.
