This Lent, we will explore James Bryan Smith’s The Good and Beautiful Community and how living together in Jesus forms us for his way of life. In Sunday worship and weekly Wednesday evening soup dinners with small groups, we’ll discover how following Jesus makes us part of a community of prayer and action. 

Practice this way of prayer that opens the mind and heart to the work of God in the depth of our being.

This Bible Study is for ALL men to join.  Your story may be what another man needs to hear.  With you joining our Bible Study, we are eager to see what God places on your heart to share. Bible Study will be in the Church Pavilion. In the event of inclement weather the Bible Study will be in Fellowship Hall.

Maundy Thursday
April 17, 7:00 p.m. (w/ livestream)
On the night before his arrest, Jesus took Passover bread and wine and made them signs of the life he would give for us. In this intimate service with contemplative music, we continue Holy Week’s drama by sharing the Lord’s Supper in the presence of Jesus, the Lover who commands us to love.

Good Friday
April 18, 7:00 p.m. (w/ livestream)
The heart of Christian faith is a Friday we strangely call “good,” when dying our death, Jesus gave us life. This service of prayer points to the depths of our rebellion against God, but even more to the depths of love and grace shown to us in the crucified Savior.
